An evening at The Porcelain Pig is a perfect blend of creative entertainment and relaxation. From 6pm our studio is an adult only environment for pottery painting and clay moulding sessions.
We are the perfect place for a gathering with friends or colleagues; or a date night making your own painted pottery or clay masterpiece and sipping something lovely.
Or come on your own and loose yourself in our therapeutic and inspirational activities.
We serve a wide selection of drinks including made to order cocktails and wine and we even have
2 for 1 : Happy Hour from 6pm to 7.30pm

Our usual daytime booking slots are for 2 hours but we are a little more relaxed in the evenings - Book a table at a time that suits you and stay for the remainder of the evening.
FAQs
Can I take my pottery home on the day?
Due to the nature of the paints we use, your pottery must be glazed with a clear coat and fired in our kiln. This will make sure that your design stays on your pottery forever and is food/liquid safe! Collection is around 5-7 days later. We will give you an exact date on the day you paint. We keep your items for 3 months after your collection date. Please note that after this time we are no longer able to keep your items due to limited space in our studio.
How much time should I give myself to spend in your studio?
We would suggest that most people spend 2/3 hours in the studio during the evening. However, when you book for an evening session you have the option to stay with us until we close.
Do you have an age limit for your adult evenings?
Our evenings are for painters 18 years and over. If you are booking for under 18's please head across to our daytime pottery painting booking page.
Is my pottery microwave/dishwasher safe?
We do not recommend that you use a microwave or the dishwasher for your pottery. Your pottery is unique, beautiful and special and these appliances can unfortunately damage them.
What if I need to reschedule my booking?
When you book we require a £5 per person studio fee. Should you need to rearrange your booking, you can do this up until 24 hrs before, and the deposit can be transferred to another date. Unfortunately payments for bookings cancelled after that point may not be refunded.
